Billy Lehrman and friends partied into the night at Cipriani 42nd St, even dancing in life sized champagne glasses as they were overflowing!!! Arthur Backal and State of the Art produced the party with one of a kind entertainment. Dancing angels, live neon entertainment, human lamps in sleek silver body suits and even a circular glass dance floor. Total Entertainment supplied all the music and games, while Ed Libby designed the silver and blue club atmosphere.
